I love to shoot training videos, because I often feel like I can learn something at the same time. Most of the training videos we shoot, however, involve fairly 'grounded' topics like how to use a home inspection web service, or how to take advantage of real estate short sales. I won't kid you... this year has certainly seen its share of challenges. Between the housing crisis and the economic meltdown, it seems like we're working twice as hard just to keep up.
