Production Manager
PrimeImage Media is currently seeking candidates for the position of Production Manager. Ideally, we're looking for a videographer/editor with 3-5 years or experience, a solid understand of both videography and audio-video systems, excellent customer service skills, and a love for new projects and travel. Our goal is to find someone who can start as an Assistant Production Manager, and grow to be our Chief Production Manager over the next 3-4 years. Career Description:
This is a career path that we envision will grow from a junior position initially, to a senior-level level position in 3-5 years. The 2 most important skills required are excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills, and a love of travel and challenging new work environments. Most of our projects are based outside of our home studio area of Phoenix, AZ, and as such, we travel for work typically 1-3 times per month, normally for 1-3 days at a time. These are normally scheduled during the weeks, but also occur over weekends sometimes, so there's no fixed 9-5 schedule. In addition to the personal skills, there are three areas of technical skill that you should have some experience in, although training will also be provided:
Video Production Skills
You should possess a good understanding and experience in the process of video production with today's modern video cameras. This includes professional lighting, exposure, color, framing, and camera operation skills, as well as professional wireless audio, mixing, and recording skills.
Editing Skills
You should be proficient with the full range of Adobe production products, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom.
Audio/Video Systems Skills
You should have a good working knowledge of event audio videos systems, including video switchers, SDI, NDI, and HDMI Video standards, Audio Mixers and recorders, and basic networking equipment such as switches, routers, and Ethernet connections.

We're looking for a leader
While initially this candidate will act in a junior role, our goal is to train and grow you into a leader who can be fully responsible for a video production project, including assigning team memebers, developing equipment lists, arranging travel, and the producing the event from start to completion.

1 / Is this full time?
Yes, this job will require a full time commitment with a minimum of 40 hours per week, including some early mornings, late nights, and some weekends.

3 / What is the expected remuneration?
We pay a monthly salary (not an hourly wage). The initial pay will be based on the level of experience and skills. We will agree upon a pay-ramp that with goals and milestones that should lead to $150K/year in a 3–5 year timeframe. It is expected that there will be a initial 3-month paid trial period prior to the yearly salary and benefits commencing.
4 / Is this a 'remote work' position?
No. This position is not remote. We're located in Phoenix, Arizona, and you'll be expected to be working from our studio most days where we're not traveling for a production.
